Wanted: Project / Account Manager

Who are we?

Wolfstreet is a creative & production agency based in Amsterdam, specializing in visual content production. We develop impactful integrated campaigns and content for brands and agencies by utilizing our in-house expertise across strategy, creative, production, and post-production. Our clients include some of the most exciting brands, such as Vinted, Picnic, Bux and Catawiki.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a mid-level Project / Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing projects and maintaining client relationships from start to delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects for a key client, as well as smaller projects

  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality

  • Support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Act as a sparring partner for both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Mid-level, with 3–5 years of experience at an advertising agency or similar

  • Experienced with project management tools and client communication

  • Strong focus on planning, budget, and quality

  • Proactive, structured, and a strong communicator

  • You work in a clear and organized way. You maintain oversight, document everything in a central system, keep everyone aligned on next steps, and ensure our CRM is always up to date so it’s clear where things stand.

  • You bring a strong (creative) perspective and take ownership of the end result, safeguarding quality both internally and externally throughout the entire process—while collaborating respectfully with everyone involved.

  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively in emails, calls, and presentations. You stay calm under pressure and are confident in dealing with both clients and internal teams.

  • You’re proactive, manage expectations well, provide clear feedback, and make decisions when needed to keep things moving.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
