Who are we?

Wolfstreet is a creative & production agency based in Amsterdam, specializing in visual content production. We develop impactful integrated campaigns and content for brands and agencies by utilizing our in-house expertise across strategy, creative, production, and post-production. Our clients include some of the most exciting brands of today, such as Takeaway.com, Vinted, Adyen, The Vegetarian Butcher, Picnic, and Catawiki.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a medior Account Manager with at least four years of experience at a relevant agency to join our business and account team. The ideal candidate is structured, communicatively strong, and able to work closely with our creatives and producers to deliver the best results for our clients. You should have a deep understanding of the creative (advertising) process and (digital) media production, combined with strong sales capabilities and the ability to manage projects, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

In this role, you are the client’s friend, voice, and sidekick – both externally and internally. We need someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to Wolfstreet’s ambitions and is ready to make an impact.

The role is scaled as a medior position and requires at least 4 years of relevant experience, and is available for 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

As Account Manager at Wolfstreet, you will oversee the creative development and execution of multiple projects, ensuring top-quality results, efficiency, client satisfaction, and on-budget delivery. The role bridges account management and sales, with project management and production, combining client strategy with execution and growth.

You will work closely with clients to define project scopes and briefs, providing the necessary creative and productional direction. Internally, you will collaborate with our creative and (post-)production teams, guiding projects from briefing to final delivery. From the moment a plan is signed off by the client, you take full ownership of the project until all assets are successfully delivered.

Beyond project execution, you play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive new business. You’ll be proactive in spotting commercial opportunities and collaborating in the business team to attract new clients. 

You’ll:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with clients and partners to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Coordinate the delivery of assets, ensuring all elements are on brief.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Collaborate with clients and creatives to bring ideas to life;
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely in the business/sales team to drive growth.
  • Support the business/sales team in preparing pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategic plans for new client acquisition and business development.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to identify potential clients and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles at an (advertising) agency;
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and thinking level.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with creative teams;
  • A portfolio with relevant work experience / projects / productions;
  • Proven success and high level of skills in account- and project management, budgeting, and internal briefings;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
  • A strong commercial mindset with a proactive approach to growing (new) accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Basic know-how of content production;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with clients, team members, freelancers, and vendors;
  • A keen eye for detail, recognizing potential project issues and developing solutions while keeping production on time, within budget, and delivering high-quality work;
  • The ability to develop creative briefs, project plans, and budgets in line with client needs;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Dutch proficiency is a big plus.
  • You are based in or near Amsterdam and are able to work from the office in Amsterdam. At the moment, we do not offer relocation assistance.
