Picnic, one of Europe’s fastest-growing online supermarkets came to Wolfstreet to paint a transparent picture of their operations. They needed an authentic recruitment campaign to cut through the clutter while highlighting five different roles at the company.

Our approach

Recruitment campaigns are always very polished. So, we created a recruitment campaign that actually showed people what it’s like to work at Picnic. Everything from videos to photography was tailor-made to look like it was captured by actual employees during a day’s work. The end result was brought to life with dynamic title animation and localized across 4 markets and counting.
